Project Black - Working Title

Project Black was the working title for Combat Arms, which is where the "Operation Black Storm" was probably inspired by. Nexon then released the game as Combat Arms, originally planned to be a military FPS aimed at an older audience.

As mentioned before in a previous blog post, the character models were very different. After some hunting I managed to unearth these previews:

 The original logo (not much different) with the slogan "Military FPS Online Game" - not so much military anymore.

Did you know?

The side of the UMP contained the text "Fuck the police". It was visible when reloading. After Nexon was alerted via a forum post, it was changed in the next patch to "Heckler & Koch GmbH".
