Not that this blog is particularly popular or anything but for anyone who stumbles upon this blog... well, it's not being updated anymore. Partly because university work takes up quite a lot of my time and that restricts my CA usage which in turn makes my interest in the game wane too.
Sometimes I feel like I should "reboot" the blog so-to-speak and and make it more into a website than a blog if anyone would be interested? I'm not active on the forums either and signatures aren't allowed on their anyway so not many people know about this blog in the first place.
Has much changed in the game that's worth mentioning?

The Transport Locker & Kalika Case
The Transport Locker was a precursor to the Kalika and MYST-Alphabet cases and was released on the 1st of December 2010, and was announced to be retired on August 19th 2011.
The Kalika Case is a variant of the Transport Locker and is only available during special events. It first saw the light of day on the 20th of December 2010 after Kalika, the community manager, visited Japan for last year's winter holidays and learned about fukubukuro, the Japanese New Year's Sales tradition...

Strike a Pose
Nexon promotes Combat Arms heavily and uses a lot of graphics since they're not advertising a text-based game.
Combat Arms Command has a hard time getting intel from the battlefield and the Screenshot Contest of 2008/2009 started, but they also have a hard time getting the soldiers to pose for photo shoots when they try to recruit new trainees to the battlefield. I hate introductions.

The New Nexon Portal
While this update isn't a part of Combat Arms, you need a Nexon Passport to play so the new Nexon portal is sorta relevant to our interests.
The Nexon portal is the official nexon.net website, a place where you charge NX, change your details and read the Nexon News... and it recently got a relaunch.

The World Map
The Warzone Guide in North America was recently updated to accommodate the ever-growing number of maps we have to battle in Combat Arms. It has replaced the old map of the world which placed each Operation in some place in the real world.

The Life of a Mercenary
Once upon a time this game had a storyline. It still does but usually only as an excuse to fight more of the Infected. The mercenaries used to have a detailed biography on how they ended up fighting UAF vs Warcorp but Nexon has all but abandoned these details.
